About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage incoming client calls, allocate jobs to service technicians and liaise with account managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- General office duties and administrative support
- Allocating and scheduling jobs for service technicians
- Managing job information and databases through Simpro
- Receiving and managing incoming phone calls from clients
- Liaising with account managers regarding job requirements
This role supports 26 service technicians daily and works closely with 7 account managers.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Experience using Simpro (highly desirable)
- Strong phone manner and communication skills
- Strong administration and office coordination skills
- Reliable, team-focused and positive “can-do” attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Desire for long-term employment within a stable business
