About The Opportunity
They are seeking a Vendor Stocking Manager to oversee vendor stocking and nurture customer relationships. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through high-quality service
- Receiving processing and following up on customer-supplier orders
- Working closely with customers to track, update and resolve orders
- Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers
- Delivering and stocking products at customer sites on time
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service and vendor management
- Current NSW manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Strong computer skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Valid forklift licence with safe handling experience
- Background in vendor management or inventory stocking roles
- Exposure to industrial, engineering, mining, rail, or civil supply
