About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Reporting to senior management, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
  • Preparing invoices and managing payment follow-ups
  • Assisting with payroll support and supplier payments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB
  • Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Accounts or similar finance role
  • Strong working knowledge of MYOB & Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team
  • Professional communication skills
