About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
Reporting to senior management, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Preparing invoices and managing payment follow-ups
- Assisting with payroll support and supplier payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Accounts or similar finance role
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB & Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Professional communication skills
