About The Opportunity

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Property Management Team with the management of a diverse residential property portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing Residential Leasing And Day-To-Day Property Management Duties
• Liaising With Landlords And Tenants To Build Strong Relationships

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential property management
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication ability
• Positive attitude with high accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Full Driver’s Licence and valid Real Estate Registration
• Confident using property management and CRM software systems
