About The Opportunity

As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Property Management Team with the management of a diverse residential property portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential leasing and day-to-day property management duties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to build strong relationships
• Conducting routine property inspections for condition and compliance
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs to keep properties well-maintained
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the property team

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 year’s experience in property management
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication ability
• Positive attitude with high accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Career-focused mindset with a professional personal presentation
• Full Driver’s Licence and valid Real Estate Registration
• Confident using property management and CRM software systems
