They supply coffee, consumables, and automatic coffee equipment, while providing ongoing service and support to ensure equipment remains clean, stocked, and operating smoothly.

About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver coffee and consumables while cleaning and maintaining automatic coffee machines across corporate and hospitality clients.
Reporting directly to the Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with machine setup and occasional warehouse support
- Educating customers on correct daily and weekly cleaning routines
- Delivering coffee, milk and consumables via scheduled routes using Simpro
- Identifying basic faults, assisting with simple fixes, or escalating service issues
- Cleaning and maintaining automatic coffee machines, with some traditional machines and grinders
This is an entry-level position with full training provided and clear progression into technical service roles for the right candidate.
