About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Family/Wills & Estate Lawyer with over 5 years of post-admission experience to join their team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage family law matters with confidence and clarity, providing clients with the guidance and support they need during challenging times. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing parenting and property matters with a strong focus on client satisfaction and practical outcomes.
- Drafting legal documents, developing clear strategies, and conducting negotiations with professionalism.
- Representing clients in mediation and court advocacy with a calm and compassionate approach.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team that values honesty, growth, and respect.
- Achieving a minimum of 5.5 billable hours daily while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-admission experience in family law and/or wills and estates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters with calm authority and sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence and clear, confident client engagement.
- Team-first mindset with a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
- Mature and humble approach, confidently guiding clients through challenging legal situations.
