About The Opportunity

As the Branch Manager you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably, adhering to all company procedures. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and develop branch staff while driving sales performance and KPI achievement
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge across steel pipe, fittings and valves
  • Oversee tenders, major quotations, pricing strategy and branch profitability
  • Manage branch operations including purchasing, stock control and supplier coordination
  • Ensure financial compliance, budgeting, cash flow management and month-end processes
  • Maintain strong client, contractor and stakeholder relationships
  • Champion WHS compliance, quality standards and a strong safety culture

About You

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • 1+ years in steel pipe, fittings, valves or related supply fields
  • 1+ years proven sales experience with consistent target achievement
  • Direct experience in tendering, quotations and technical submissions
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply detailed technical drawings
  • Project supply exposure with contractors and engineering clients
  • Financial process awareness including month-end procedures
  • Detail-focused, organised, KPI-driven with initiative and accountability
  • Strong communicator promoting safety, teamwork and leadership qualities
