About The Opportunity
As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you’ll take the reins on-site—managing key carpentry tasks, coordinating trades, and ensuring every project runs smoothly and looks amazing.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Reading and building from architectural plans
- Hands-on carpentry and site leadership
- Delivering a flawless finish on high-end projects
- Maintaining site safety and positive team culture
About You
You're a skilled chippy who takes pride in your work, loves solving problems, and thrives in a team where everyone pulls in the same direction.
You have:
- A Carpentry Qualification
- Experience in custom residential and architectural builds
- A great attitude and strong communication skills
- A White Card, Driver’s Licence, your own tools and vehicle
- A desire to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and quality
