About The Opportunity
This is a high-volume, results-driven closing role focused on converting qualified renovation enquiries into signed contracts.
Reporting directly to the Director / Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and qualifying all incoming renovation enquiries
• Booking consultations and coordinating with Technical Sales Representatives
• Issuing quotations and proactively following up to close sales
• Managing 100–150 quoted leads per month
• Tracking conversions and working towards monthly revenue targets
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales closer with:
• Proven experience in high-volume sales or closing roles
• Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills
• A confident, results-focused mindset
• Excellent organisation and CRM proficiency
• The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
