About The Company
Our client is a Brookvale-based business servicing the Sydney metro area. They specialise in providing and installing replacement windows and doors for residential homes and home units, including double glazed sound reduction windows.
Fully licensed and insured, and members of HIA and AWA, they are known for high standards of workmanship and a strong referral-based reputation. As a small, close-knit team, everyone contributes to ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the complete sales process from consultation through to installation while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving monthly sales targets.
Reporting directly to the Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed quotes and securing sales
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales budgets
- Liaising with installers to ensure projects run smoothly
- Managing the customer journey from sale to installation
- Attending pre-booked appointments across Sydney metro
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of one Saturday morning per month (8:30am–12:00pm) at the Brookvale showroom.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven sales experience with ability to meet targets
- Excellent self-management and time management skills
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Hands-on, team-focused attitude suited to a small business
- Windows/doors or building industry experience highly regarded
