About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to generate consistent, high-quality leads and manage the full funnel from ad to conversion.

This is not a general marketing role: it is suited to someone who enjoys testing, optimising and scaling campaigns based on performance.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
  • Creating and testing high-converting offers
  • Building or coordinating landing pages that convert
  • Tracking and analysing campaign performance
  • Continuously testing creatives, audiences, offers and funnels
  • Scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ones
  • Driving both lead volume and lead quality
  • Creating social media content and managing platforms
  • Supporting graphic design and video editing

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Proven experience in lead generation (not just brand awareness)
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and conversion tracking
  • Ability to think commercially and understand what drives conversions
  • Experience creating or guiding offers, funnels and landing pages

It would also be desirable if you had:

  • Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
  • Experience with funnel platforms such as GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels
  • CRM and lead tracking experience
  • Experience working with service-based businesses (e.g. trades)
