About The Opportunity

As a Company Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This includes everything from financial administration and office coordination through to project documentation, meeting support, and tender submissions. No two days will look the same, this role suits someone who is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys variety.

 

Reporting to the director, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage financial operations including reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Oversee Xero administration and support accounting and procurement processes
  • Coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Provide office administration, communication handling, and general support
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and organised company databases
  • Support projects with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and coordination
  • Assist consultants with presentations, documentation, and deliverables
  • Support business development through CRM, tenders, and proposals

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Positive, down-to-earth team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated and organised, able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with effective time management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Minimum one year experience working in an administrative role
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting platforms is desirable
