About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to scope, price and guide clients through their renovation projects while ensuring accuracy and a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clearly explain scope, inclusions and project outcomes
• Provide practical advice and guide clients through solutions
• Prepare clear, fixed-price proposals aligned with company standards
• Conduct in-home consultations and accurately scope renovation works
• Support the sales process through strong documentation and handover

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• High attention to detail with solid organisational ability
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Valid Driver’s Licence and ability to obtain a Police Check
• Trade qualification in Carpentry, Cabinet Making or similar
• Experience in scoping and pricing within renovations or construction
