They specialise in delivering high-quality products to a wide range of clients, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, and event venues across Melbourne and surrounding regions. With a focus on reliability and exceptional customer service, the business is experiencing strong growth and is looking to expand its operations team.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure our products reach restaurants, hotels, cafes, and event venues across Melbourne and surrounding areas on time and in great condition.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing multi-stop deliveries using efficient route planning tools
• Providing professional customer service and handling client enquiries
• Performing daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and roadworthiness
• Loading and unloading goods safely using appropriate equipment
• Accurately recording deliveries, returns, and inventory movements
• Checking orders prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy
• Following safety procedures and using PPE where required
• Collecting returns, reusable items, and delivery documentation

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous delivery driving experience within hospitality or FMCG (preferred)
• A current valid driver’s licence (MR or HR highly regarded)
• Good physical fitness with ability to lift and handle goods safely
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
