About The Opportunity
This isn't just sitting behind a desk; you are the heartbeat of the front office. Your main goal is to provide a warm welcome to customers and ensure administrative tasks are ticked off accurately.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting walk-in customers and managing incoming phone enquiries
- Booking jobs and collecting vehicle details for quotes and scheduling
- Managing the shared email inbox and performing general admin tasks
- Processing payments and supporting customers with insurance claims
- Maintaining accurate records, filing, and data entry
- Keeping the reception area organised and presentable
- Supporting the Office Manager with ad-hoc administrative duties
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle a busy phone line with ease
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage daily tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail when handling data, invoices, and customer information
- Confidence using email, Microsoft Word, and basic computer systems
- An empathetic and patient manner with a positive, can-do attitude
- A willingness to jump in and support the wider team when needed
