About The Opportunity

This isn't just sitting behind a desk; you are the heartbeat of the front office. Your main goal is to provide a warm welcome to customers and ensure administrative tasks are ticked off accurately.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting walk-in customers and managing incoming phone enquiries
  • Booking jobs and collecting vehicle details for quotes and scheduling
  • Managing the shared email inbox and performing general admin tasks
  • Processing payments and supporting customers with insurance claims
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing, and data entry
  • Keeping the reception area organised and presentable
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ad-hoc administrative duties

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle a busy phone line with ease
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage daily tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail when handling data, invoices, and customer information
  • Confidence using email, Microsoft Word, and basic computer systems
  • An empathetic and patient manner with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A willingness to jump in and support the wider team when needed
