About The Opportunity
We are seeking an Office Administrator to support the operations and help streamline our administrative processes. This role requires a highly capable individual who is experienced, reliable and organised. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing scheduling systems and coordinating appointments
- Handling email correspondence and phone communications with clients
- Maintaining organised records and documentation
- Assisting the management team with various administrative tasks
- Supporting the team in achieving operational goals
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and scheduling systems, familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
