About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to drive new business growth by engaging high-value leads and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and tracking performance against targets
- Converting new business opportunities within the General Practice sector
- Preparing and delivering proposals, quotes, and onboarding new clients
- Leading solution-focused conversations aligned to client needs
- Building and managing a strong client pipeline
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Attributes including patience, persistence, and a strategic, professional approach
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
