About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure company objectives across profit, program, quality, safety and environmental performance are achieved while effectively managing and mentoring project teams.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end delivery of hospitality fitout projects up to $1M
- Leading and mentoring site teams to achieve project outcomes
- Managing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
- Maintaining strong client relationships and leading site meetings
- Overseeing project programs, variations and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience running projects up to $1M
- Minimum 3+ years in a Project Manager role
- Proven experience delivering hospitality fitout projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction or project management qualifications
- Ability to travel interstate and reside within 40km of Sunbury
