About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a curated portfolio of residential properties, delivering a high-quality experience to both landlords and tenants.
Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a well-maintained portfolio with care and attention to detail
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trusted trades
- Conducting inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Managing leases, rent reviews, and arrears
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation and best practice
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2–3 years’ property management experience
- Current Real Estate Certificate & driver’s licence
- Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation
- Confident communication skills, especially over the phone
- Positive attitude with a strong team and culture fit focus
- Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded)
