About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to undertake high-quality conveyancing work within a busy conveyancing practice.
Reporting directly to the appropriate manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Creating new files and onboarding new clients
- Updating existing files for existing clients
- Ordering searches & preparing contracts
- Reviewing sale/purchase contracts & responding to contractual enquiries
- Preparing matters for exchange of contracts and facilitating exchange of contracts process
- Associated conveyancing tasks as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in Conveyancing within NSW
- Licenced Conveyancer or long-term Conveyancing Assistant
