About The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a skilled Security Technician to join their growing Sydney team. This is a standout opportunity to get in early with a Melbourne-based business expanding into Sydney, already backed by major local clients. In this hands-on, site-based role, you’ll deliver high-quality electronic security installations and service work across a range of projects. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Install CCTV and integrated security and access control systems
• Perform structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A) installation and termination
• Maintain and service integrated security systems across sites
• Work across very diverse environments and project settings
• Operate as a lead or senior technician on-site

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience with large, integrated security systems
• Licensed in Security (2BC), cabling, and valid Driver’s Licence
• Skilled in CCTV, access control systems, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to lead and operate as a senior on-site technician
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, reliable, can-do attitude
• Experience working across construction sites and infrastructure projects
• Customer-focused with commitment to high-quality service delivery
• Holds required licences, clearances, White Card, and Police Check
