About The Opportunity

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and coordinating freight operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage customer accounts and coordinate freight operations
• Schedule pickups, deliveries and ensure timely service flow
• Communicate with client carriers to resolve issues fast
• Handle calls, queries and investigate freight concerns
• Enter data, maintain records and confirm updates by email
• Build relationships and monitor service levels closely now
• Report performance issues and support general office tasks

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (phone-based or face-to-face)
• Strong communication skills with a proven customer service background
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and general email or office systems
• High attention to detail with strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in logistics or freight (preferred) and confident phone communication
