About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality service, maintenance and repairs across a range of air conditioning systems while providing excellent customer service.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
• Maintaining accurate service reports and documentation
• Managing service schedules and completing jobs efficiently
• Ensuring all work complies with industry and company standards
• Performing routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems
• Communicating clearly with customers regarding system performance and solutions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Current ARTIC / Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience with ServiceM8 (desirable, not essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Current Australian driver’s licence with a strong driving record
