About The Opportunity

This is a varied office allrounder role focused on customer service, sales support, and basic administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers while supporting daily operations.

Reporting directly to management, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders and assisting with material ordering
• Providing general office and accounts support (AP/AR)
• Supporting quote preparation, plan take-offs, and sales administration
• Answering calls, greeting clients, and assisting with showroom enquiries
• Completing basic admin tasks including filing, creditors, and compliance documentation

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• A proactive, reliable team player with a willingness to learn
• High attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills and confidence with customers
• Experience in customer service or retail (admin experience desirable, not essential)
