About The Company

Our client is a Sydney-based bookkeeping and accounting practice that genuinely loves what they do (yes, even the spreadsheets). They work with a wide mix of clients across different industries, which means no two days are ever quite the same.

They’re big on doing things properly—accuracy, compliance, and efficiency are all part of the DNA—but they also believe work doesn’t have to feel rigid or outdated. By embracing modern, cloud-based tools like Xero, DEXT, Fathom, and Float, they keep things streamlined, smart, and just a little bit cooler than your typical accounting firm.

Right now, the business is growing in a steady, well-planned way, creating a great opportunity for a Senior Bookkeeper to step in and make a real impact. It’s the kind of role where you’re not just keeping things ticking over—you’re helping shape how the practice scales and evolves.

If you like the idea of being part of a forward-thinking team that values both precision and progress, you’ll feel right at home here.
