About The Opportunity

The Warehouse Coordinator will take ownership of workshop operations by managing inventory, coordinating goods inwards and outwards, and ensuring that the workshop and yard are organised, safe, and efficient. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods in designated areas
• Maintaining inventory records and managing stock levels using spreadsheets
• Operating forklifts for loading, unloading, and internal movements
• Picking and preparing materials/hardware for jobs and loading outgoing vehicles
• General workshop and yard maintenance, including cleaning and bin management

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in warehouse, storeperson, or workshop coordination roles
• Valid driver’s licence with reliable driving record and safe work practices
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and spreadsheet management tasks
• Strong attention to detail with solid organisational and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
• Experience in manufacturing or joinery environments with stock control knowledge
• Experience coordinating deliveries and purchasing with certifications and WHS training
