About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services while building a strong caseload, developing a clinical reputation, and contributing to clinic growth.

Reporting directly to the Principal Chiropractor, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse caseload across sports injuries, post-operative rehab, CTP, and DVA patients
• Developing and delivering tailored treatment plans and structured rehabilitation programs for individual patient needs
• Managing and expanding your own patient caseload while building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships
• Participating in mentoring sessions, KPI reviews, and ongoing professional development to support career growth
• Engaging with local sporting clubs and referral networks to build connections and support community outreach

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 1–2 years of physiotherapy experience within a clinical or private practice environment
• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration with eligibility to practice independently in Australia
• Relevant Physiotherapy degree with strong foundational knowledge in musculoskeletal and rehab care
• Experience managing CTP, DVA, or workers compensation cases within a structured clinical setting
• Exposure to sports injuries or athletic populations with an interest in active rehabilitation approaches
• Familiarity with patient management systems such as Cliniko or similar clinical software platforms
