About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead end-to-end solar installations while supervising a small team across premium residential projects.
Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing solar installations from start to completion
- Leading and supporting a small on-site team
- Installing and commissioning solar and battery systems
- Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Coordinating materials, workflow, and site requirements
- Providing high-quality customer service on residential projects
- Maintaining accurate documentation and installation records
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Accreditation in Solar And Battery Installation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and customer service capability
