About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to  assist in leading the overall operations and performance of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving team performance, food quality, compliance and commercial outcomes.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Leadership in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Championing a guest-first culture and maintaining high service standards
• Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, food safety and WHS compliance
• Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance
• Overseeing labour, payroll and operational administration
• Monitoring sales, costs and profitability to meet business targets
• Managing stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
• Handling guest feedback in a professional and proactive manner
• Building strong relationships within the local community

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 1-2 years in a fast-paced Food environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large teams
• Strong commercial acumen including labour, cost and inventory management
• Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
• Calm and confident leadership style with the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills
• A genuine passion for food, people and customer experience
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
