About The Opportunity
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our industrial mail inserter equipment and wide-format inkjet printers. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Performing servicing, maintenance, and repair on inserters and wide-format inkjet printers
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently during on-site service visits
- Travelling to customer locations to complete breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
- Supporting paper handling systems and finishing lines to ensure smooth operation
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and meets customer SLA requirements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience servicing industrial or electromechanical equipment
- Experience with wide-format printers, finishing lines, or similar machinery preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a reliable and proactive work approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
- Effective communication skills with confidence in customer-facing situations
- Relevant electrical certification and technical trade qualification required
- Basic computer skills for diagnostics, reporting, and service documentation
- Field service experience and exposure to high-speed automated machinery preferred
