About The Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Estimating Administrator to join their small yet dynamic team in Malaga. This full-time role will see you working closely with the Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed quotes for residential and commercial stonework projects
- Scheduling and coordinating installations with staff and customers
- Invoicing, quoting, and reconciling payments using Xero
- Managing customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Ordering stone slabs and coordinating their delivery
- Calculating and submitting staff timesheets
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in an administrative capacity
- Experience using Xero for invoicing and payment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- A keen attention to detail in all tasks
You will also have:
- Experience reading and interpreting building plans or project drawings
