As our client base expands, we are looking for another experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days a week. About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper to support our accounting team and ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of service. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of bookkeeping for various clients
• Overseeing payroll management and ensuring timely processing
• Providing monthly and quarterly BAS services
• Handling ATO management and compliance tasks
• Engaging with clients to build strong, trust-based relationships
• Collaborating with the accounting team to enhance service delivery

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience using Xero and MYOB software
• The ability to multi-task and assist other team members as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
