About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage end-to-end financial administration while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Reporting directly to the Financial Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including foreign currency payments
- Preparing and maintaining general ledger and monthly management accounts
- Completing BAS reporting and supporting payroll and payroll tax processes
- Assisting with end-of-year reporting and liaising with external accountants
- Performing bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Overseeing debtors and supervising the Accounts Clerk
