About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage sales operations, supply chain activities, and product coordination while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting day-to-day sales operations and liaising with sales agents
- Coordinating quarterly product launches and promotional campaigns
- Planning and implementing special sales projects
- Placing product orders and coordinating supplier reorders
- Liaising with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
- Monitoring inventory levels, customer demand, and supplier stock availability
- Analysing sales and inventory data to optimise stock management
- Assisting with trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across sales and supply chain functions
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience across sales, supply chain, operations, or product management
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and general business systems
- Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally overseas
