About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to assemble and finish jewellery pieces to exceptional production and quality standards across silver, gold, and platinum materials.

Reporting directly to the Production team some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling cast jewellery pieces within a fast-paced production environment
  • Completing fine soldering, burnishing, polishing, and Rhodium plating
  • Reading and interpreting job cards, worksheets, and technical drawings
  • Inspecting raw castings and identifying imperfections prior to finishing
  • Managing workflow while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace at all times
  • Supporting repairs and assisting with production problem-solving
  • Applying laser and stone-setting techniques where required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Formal qualification or trade certification in Jewellery
  • Confidence working with silver, gold, and platinum materials
  • Strong finishing skills including soldering and polishing
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents
  • Excellent attention to detail with commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving capability and positive work ethic
  • Laser and stone-setting experience (advantageous but not essential)
