About The Opportunity

The primary objective of this role is to lead or assist installation teams on a range of solar projects, ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish. Reporting to the management team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating effectively to resolve issues and maintain project flow
• Fostering strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and clients
• Adhering to all relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines
• Leading or supporting installation teams on small to large-scale solar projects
• Providing technical support and documenting site details such as images, serial numbers, and test results

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current Victorian Driver's License
• Prior experience in solar installation is well-regarded
• Working at Heights ticket and Working Safely in the Solar Industry ticket
• Experience leading and supervising a small team of A-Grade Electricians
• A-Grade Electrical License and registration with ESV, or be currently completing a 4th year electrical apprenticeship

You will also have:

• Desirable qualifications such as EWP license, SAA Design and Install certification, and Battery Storage certification
