About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support workshop operations while leading technicians and maintaining high service standards across the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily workshop operations and workflow coordination
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles as required
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and apprentices
- Communicating with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Maintaining workshop quality, efficiency, and service standards
- Supporting leadership initiatives and operational improvements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Australian Light Vehicle Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years workshop experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to support and mentor apprentices and team members
- Strong time management and organisational capability
