About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to conduct defect inspections across residential projects while ensuring quality, consistency, and accurate reporting standards are maintained.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Completing detailed defect inspections across residential developments
• Recording and tracking inspection findings accurately using inspection platforms
• Reviewing projects against workmanship standards and defect benchmarks
• Communicating professionally with builders, contractors, and stakeholders
• Supporting defect management processes across assigned projects
• Working independently and collaboratively across active construction environments

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid construction induction card (white card).
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in off-the-plan residential property or construction.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with inspection platforms such as Aconex Field or Procore (preferred).
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
