About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide reliable and responsive IT support while assisting with the administration and improvement of the organisation’s systems, applications, and technology environment. This role is open to candidates across New Zealand, with Auckland or Christchurch preferred and hybrid working available, or fully remote for those based elsewhere.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line IT support across Microsoft 365 and business systems
- Managing user onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access requests
- Troubleshooting application, system, and access-related issues
- Supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and related platforms
- Maintaining IT asset registers, hardware records, and software licences
- Coordinating with external IT providers and managing support requests
- Supporting system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
- Developing user guides, training resources, and process documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve system usage and user experience
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience supporting IT systems, software applications, and end users
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business applications
- Experience with user administration, permissions, and access management
- Experience with SharePoint, CRM platforms, or SaaS applications (advantageous)
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience (preferred)

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
