About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand the company's presence across stormwater infrastructure and maintenance services throughout New South Wales.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies across NSW
  • Building and maintaining relationships with councils, contractors, utilities, and asset owners
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across civil and infrastructure sectors
  • Promoting stormwater treatment, harvesting, and maintenance solutions
  • Managing sales pipelines and converting opportunities into profitable projects
  • Supporting tender submissions and project development activities
  • Providing technical input and specialist support throughout project delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintaining strong industry knowledge and awareness of market trends

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in technical or engineered solutions sales
  • Strong understanding of the civil drainage, stormwater, or water infrastructure sectors
  • Experience developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Strong business development and sales strategy capability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with councils, utilities, or infrastructure asset owners (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of stormwater maintenance and asset management practices (advantageous)
  • Experience with MUSIC, DRAINS, or TUFLOW software (advantageous)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
