About The Opportunity

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and optimising all warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, safe, and timely receipt, storage, inventory management, and despatch of our battery products. This role is essential in maintaining high service levels for our customers and distributors while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate stock inward processing.
• Unload shipping containers safely and efficiently as required.
• Perform forklift battery assembly, maintenance, and repair services.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and manage logistics schedules effectively.
• Handle inbound phone calls and customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing customer support.

About You

• 2+ years of warehouse, workshop, or operational experience.
• Experience with stock control, inventory, and goods receipting.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.
• Customer service experience handling enquiries and orders.
• Logistics experience scheduling deliveries and liaising with customers.
• Mechanical or trade experience with strong safety awareness.
• Must have a forklift license and a driver's license.
