About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic while acting as the first point of contact for families.
Reporting directly to management, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating clinician calendars and bookings in line with client needs and waitlists
- Supporting daily administrative operations to ensure smooth clinic functioning
- Liaising with clients, GPs, and other professionals via phone and email
- Managing clinic supplies and completing ad hoc administrative duties
- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming, professional environment
- Managing phone calls, appointments, and rescheduling requests
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and presentable reception area
- Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
