About The Opportunity

As Business Development Manager, you will be the primary commercial driver of the business, responsible for winning new clients, growing existing accounts, and ensuring service delivery meets the high standards the brand is built on. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a commercial strategy aligned with the owner’s vision
  • Representing the brand at industry events, networking functions, and client-facing engagements
  • Leading, mentoring, and holding accountability over field teams and contractors across multiple sites
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive retention and growth
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative functions including data entry and use of Xero and other business systems
  • Proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across commercial cleaning and facilities management sectors

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong track record of generating new revenue and exceeding commercial targets
  • Proficiency with digital tools including Xero, with adaptability to AI-enhanced workflows
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude, reliability, and a genuine commitment to mentoring and empowering team members
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple sites, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management,  ideally within cleaning, facilities, or a related service industry
  • A valid driver’s licence and ownership of, or immediate access to, a reliable motor vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly to client sites across Brisbane
