About The Opportunity
As a Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to resource for customers and internal teams sourcing the right parts, gear, and accessories to keep the ride going. This role blends customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and event support — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager / Dealer Principal, your day-to-day will include:

Assisting at ride days, demo events and trade shows

Keeping the parts area organised, stocked and efficient

Identifying and supplying motorcycle parts & accessories

Delivering friendly, expert advice in-store and over the phone

Processing orders, managing inventory and updating systems

Contributing to merchandising displays and promotional activities

Supporting Service Technicians and the Sales team with accurate part supply
About You
You bring energy, curiosity, and a real passion for bikes — or at least a serious interest. You’re comfortable talking with customers, juggling multiple tasks, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will also have:

A motorcycle licence, or a strong willingness to get one

Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office & stock systems

An interest or understanding of motorcycle components

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing environment

Clear communication, attention to detail and good time management

A Certificate III in Automotive Sales or experience in a parts environment (ideal but not essential)
