About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the lending process through detailed credit analysis, lender research, and client communication while helping deliver exceptional outcomes for borrowers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing client income, financial positions, and lending requirements
- Reviewing lender policies and identifying suitable loan solutions
- Assessing client creditworthiness and loan suitability
- Researching lending products across a broad lender panel
- Communicating with clients throughout the application process
- Liaising with brokers, support staff, lenders, and external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal systems and processes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in broker support, credit analysis, lending, or mortgage broking
- Strong understanding of residential lending and credit assessment principles
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Client-focused approach with commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
