About The Opportunity

As a Fitter & Turner, you will be trained in every facet of our roller manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting proof grinding and end trimming/final grinding
• Preparing and recovering rollers through various processes
• Executing the disassembly and removal of used material processing
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure top product standards
• Identifying and confirming roller/sleeve specifications and inspection processes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in manufacturing or similar environments
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new processes
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team
• A strong background in fitting and turning, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings
