About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality caravan servicing and repair work, ensuring safety, precision, and attention to detail across all tasks.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Full underbody servicing, including brakes, bearings, and suspension systems
- Fault finding and diagnosis of appliance issues
- Installing accessories (12V set ups, solar, awnings, dual battery systems)
- Leak and water ingress repairs and re-sealing
- Timber frame and ply repairs for walls and floors
- Performing axle servicing of brakes, bearings and suspension
- Cladding installation including aluminium, composite and fibreglass
- Light fabrication and welding, assembly and installation of accessories including awnings and hatches
- Insurance repairs including accident, structural, mechanical, cladding, hail and timber
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in caravan, automotive. boats or trailer repairs
- A reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude with openness to feedback
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Trade qualification is preferred but not essential - your experience on the tools and willingness to learn new repair methods is more important!
