About The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential metal re-roof projects. Your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from site measures to final close-out. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct site measures, prepare accurate take-offs, and deliver costings within targets.
• Manage material procurement and scheduling to support efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate material deliveries and resolve supply issues before delays occur.
• Oversee project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurers, trades, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate roof reports, project records, and ERP system updates daily.
• Track project progress closely and ensure timely completion and close-out activities.
