About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to drive business growth through the acquisition of new landlords and the expansion of residential and commercial property management portfolios.

Reporting directly to the Leadership team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, and database engagement
  • Building referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, solicitors, buyer’s agents, and industry stakeholders
  • Conducting rental appraisals and providing market insights to prospective clients
  • Delivering professional presentations and negotiating management agreements
  • Providing market updates and investment insights to existing and prospective clients
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
  • Identifying and converting landlord and investor opportunities

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Business Development, Property Management, or Real Estate Sales
  • A proven history of consistently securing new management will be highly regarded.
  • Strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent relationship-building, networking and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused mindset
