About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the technical SEO function while driving the evolution of AI-powered search, automation, and organic performance strategies for a portfolio of high-profile clients.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing scalable technical SEO strategies and automation frameworks
• Developing AI-driven workflows for content optimisation, keyword clustering, and technical monitoring
• Leading client workshops and presenting strategic SEO recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Acting as the product owner for internal SEO processes and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive workflows
• Ensuring best-practice technical SEO implementation, including site architecture and schema markup
• Producing comprehensive technical SEO audits, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver exceptional organic search outcomes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within technical SEO or enterprise organic search environments
• Strong experience with SEO automation, AI tools, and data-driven optimisation strategies
• Experience working with Python, APIs (Search Console, Google Analytics), or low-code automation platforms
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, structured data, and search performance
• Ability to present confidently to senior executives and influence strategic decision-making
• Experience creating detailed technical SEO roadmaps and audit documentation
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience within an SEO team

Highly regarded:

• Experience within a fast-paced digital agency environment
• Experience developing automated reporting, custom scripts, or technical monitoring solutions
